the staff were very helpful at check-in. the location was acceptable for my needs.
The room was not properly cleaned. I noticed a stain on the carpet near the bed. the bathroom tap dripped constantly, and the toilet flush was loose. it was difficult to ignore these issues .

The location was okay. It was near the motorway. not exactly scenic, but i suppose practical.
the room was really underwhelming. i booked a 'standard double room hot' and, well, it wasn't great. the bed was weirdly small. plus, someone really needs to tell the cleaning staff what a cobweb looks like. breakfast was a bit of a joke, too.

The breakfast was really nice. It made my morning so much better. the staff was friendly and helpful, they were there for anything i needed. i booked a double room, it had all the space i required. the room smells so clean and fresh, a real breath of air, really.
Finding a parking space was hard, and i had to pay for it. I was not expecting that. the building seemed a bit dated, you could see it in places. The bathroom really could use a refresh.
